VENTILEX and TRECOM, our controls and programming company, have developed an advanced algorithm, specific for Aggregates, that "predicts" just the right amount of energy necessary to dry the Aggregate. We don't over or under dry the sand, gravel, rock, limestone, flyash, bottom ash or aggregate, it is right on the mark. It has taken VENTILEX over 10 years to perfect this system, and we incorporate this into each Fluid Bed Dryer system we build.

Savings by using this control scheme is typically 27% to 35% over all other Fluid Bed Dryers, and 40 to 65% over typical Rotary Dryers. Combine this with Recirculation, Evaporative Cooling and the new Ventura 130 ^(tm), and you have a Dryer and Cooler System that operates with the lowest amount of Gas, Propane, Fuel Oil or Steam available. We even can take turbine exhaust to use for drying - and control it!
