VENTILEX USA Inc. is part of VENTILEX B.V., the world's largest designer, supplier, and fabricator of Fluid Bed Dryers to the aggregate industry.

VENTILEX is wholly owned by the Dutch conglomerate IMTECH NV from The Netherlands. With 2006 sales of over 4.0 billion USD, VENTILEX and IMTECH form a solid base for manufacturing Fluid Bed Dryers.

IMTECH employs over 15,000 worldwide. VENTILEX has over 180,000 ft² of manufacturing under roof, with approximately 30 engineers and designers for in-house engineering. Under the VENTILEX umbrella we have all disciplines including Mechanical, Process, Metallurgical, Civil, Electrical and Structural.

VENTILEX has a fully operational Pilot Plant that can duplicate actual plant process parameters. In addition, testing equipment is available for on-site use.

All the equipment is designed using the latest CAD and 3D modeling software. Manufacturing utilizes the CAM manufacturing method to assure what was designed, is manufactured in the exact intended method. Our workshop is separated between the mild and stainless steel shops, with our in-house passivation of the stainless parts.

Complete in-house engineering and fabrication assures that your equipment works properly, and is delivered on time. We take immense pride in the quality of our equipment, and only employ craftsmen with years of experience.

Our N. American headquarters hosts Sales, Service, Marketing and after sale support with in-house Project Engineering and Procurement. In addition, the West Chester, Ohio office has a lab simulation Dryer/Cooler for modeling your drying and cooling process.
